Why Not Newton? Open House Day!
Have you been thinking about getting out of the hustle bustle & high prices of Des Moines or Ankeny? Have you thought about Newton?
Visit one or more of the more than 70 open houses we have scheduled here on Saturday, April 9th from 10 AM until 2 PM and see how you can get A LOT more HOME for your MONEY here in Newton.
Newton is a wonderful, family oriented community that is a short drive East on I-80 with the sun behind you during the morning & evening commute. Only a 20 minute drive to Altoona, 30 to Ankeny or Downtown Des Moines and 40 minutes to West Des Moines. If you’re concerned about the price of gas we also have a local RideShare or just ask around, around 60% of our community commutes.
While you’re here plan on going out to eat at one of our great restaurants such as LaCabana, Montana Mike’s, Okoboji Grill, Panda Garden, PJ’s Deli or Uncle Nancy’s Coffee Shop.
Enjoy the town square or stop in to one of our quaint shops like The Farmers Wife, Kreativ, Ent., or Pappy’s Antique Mall.
Or check out the Iowa Speedway, Sugar Grove Winery, Valley View Drive-In movie theater, Maytag Park & Pool or one of our many other beautiful parks.
We always have great things to do like; Thanks with Franks, Farmers Market, 4th of July Parade, Lighted Christmas Parade & Iowa Sculpture Festival to name a few.
Stop by the Scoreboard, First Avenue Speak Easy or the Manhattan for a cocktail!
